Brentwood Forest Condominiums

Experience Brentwood Forest

BRENTWOOD FOREST, formerly known as Audubon Park, was developed between 1980 and 1989 by Jefferson Savings and Loan. Apartment buildings built in the 1950s were converted into 1,425 one and two story condominiums on 110 park-like acres.

New and long-term homeowners enjoy residing in a premier condo community with lush lawns, mature trees, walking trails, a beautiful country-style clubhouse, pools and tennis courts located in a woodsy setting. Many enjoy relaxing under the gazebo overlooking a three-acre lake with two beautiful cascading fountains and watching the birds and geese year-round.

Brentwood Forest houses young and mature, professional and retired, single and married residents who enjoy living a leisurely lifestyle in a well-managed condo community.
